Where is the candy made?
In Europe. Every product is EU-made and printed to your brand, and the required food information, allergens included, is shown before every order.
What's the minimum order?
Most products start at 500 units. The exact minimum and the price per unit are shown on each product page.
How much does it cost?
You pay per unit plus a campaign setup fee: €59 for the first design in an order, then €29 for each further design. Prices show ex-VAT for business buyers; the applicable VAT, or EU reverse charge, is calculated at checkout.
Can I change where the QR code points after it's printed?
Yes. Every code routes through QRCandy, so you can re-point its destination anytime from your dashboard, printed codes keep working.
How long does production and delivery take?
Products are made to order. Production runs about 7–10 days for most, 10–14 days for some, and 3–4 weeks for the toffee; each product page states its own. Shipping options for your address are confirmed at checkout.
What do you track, and is it GDPR-compliant?
You see scans, locations, and conversions at the campaign level, never individual people. No raw IP is stored, fingerprints are short-lived, and the full terms are in our Privacy Policy.
